You can update your email address or username directly in the Audiobooks app. Some scenarios require contacting support — see below.
How to update your email address
- Open the app and tap the More tab
- Tap your username at the top of the screen
- Tap Email
- Enter your new email address
- Enter your password to confirm

- Enter the new username you'd like
- If it's available, it will be updated immediately
Signed in with Apple or Google?
If you created your account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, your email and password are managed by Apple or Google — not Audiobooks. You won't be able to change these directly in the app.
Please contact our support team and we can update the email address on your Audiobooks account for you.
Apple Private Relay: If your email ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com, this is a masked address Apple created when you signed in. Your actual Apple ID email is different. Contact us if you'd like to link your account to your real email.
