Points/Progress
If you've created/signed into an account on your old phone, you can transfer your listening progress easily by signing into your account on your new phone from the More tab. Your progress and points will follow you!
If you haven't yet created an account, you should create an account and sign in on your old phone first, so you can have the progress synced from there to your new phone.
If you don't create an account, it'll stay on a Guest Account, and those are specific to the device they're made on. No one wants to lose their books! :)
Switching between iPhone and Android
Your points and your place in every book live on your account, so they follow you even if you switch between an iPhone and an Android phone. Create an account (or sign in) on your old phone first, then sign in with the same method on the new one.
If anything is missing after the switch, contact us with the "Submit a request" button at the top of this page and include your User ID — our team will get your points and progress back onto the right account.
