Your User ID is a unique number that identifies your Audiobooks account. It is not your username or email address. When you contact support, always include your User ID so we can find your account instantly.

In the app (iOS and Android)

  1. Open the app and go to the More tab (bottom right corner).
  2. Scroll down to Help and Support.
  3. Tap Copy My User Info.
  4. A pop-up will appear that it has been copied.
  5. Paste the copied information directly into your message to us. Your User ID will be included in the pasted text.

On the Audiobooks website

  1. Log in at audiobooks.inkitt.com.
  2. Go to My Profile.
  3. Your User ID is displayed on your profile page.
